Pathetic service. ***** company

Pathetic service. I registered for WiFi with webafrica in november 2022. And was advised no network coverage in my area 2 weeks after placing an order.

It’s been four months now and every month I’m being billed R679 for a service I’m not receiving. Every month I call and query and chat to one of your consultants. They tell me the same thing every month….. “refund logged” what nonsense….. I haven’t received a single refund from webafrica and this month again have been debited.

I’m sick and tired of you guys. This is *****.!!!!
