PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disgusting service - I have been complaining for 3 weeks only for agents to send me messages there is outages - and my concerns fell on deaf ears - second week in my fibre goes off @ 5pm ( LOL ) and on the next day @ 8am mind you by then my kids are @ school and Im at work...By the time we get home its off .. Now third week its completely off and I am still waiting for a tech team to come - no communication from yet they saying they tried to call me - requested a call back from management nothing - just the same message tech will be there in 48 to 72 hours...... Pathetic service rude !!!! service agents on what app and no communication - stay clear guys there prices are increasing but their client service is **** no help when the fibre is down - I HAVE BEEN REPEATING MYSELF FOR 3 WEEKS !!!! AND STILL MY FIBRE IS DOWN Ronelle
