Pathetic service

I have a logged an escalation with Webafrica last week Friday(05 April 2024), alerting them that the service is down. I was therefore told a “technician” will be in contact with me within 5 days and given a reference number #208585. I’m struggling to work every single day. When I do a follow up, they send an automated email 😡🤬 what a pathetic service that I paid for. I just need my money back
