Pathetic Service

Service is pathetic! App**** for a Telkom 2TB Capped LTE and struggled for 3weeks to get the sim card activated after delivery. Need to make use of their WhatsApp service and being trf to Onboarding day after day after day just to get a msg saying: Sorry, we've not managed to get back to you. Still waiting.
