PATHETIC SERVICE

I woke up 25th April to an outage which was in Bluedowns when I question webafrica which is an ISP for Vumatel mind you I live in Khayelitsha. I followed up on Monday and they said Bluedowns is fixed, but I was still offline. I followed up again and my los red light was not going away. still today 13 May I am still offline. WEBAFRICA keeps on telling me they waiting on update from Vumatel. How are my kids expected to do school work, I pay my account I am supposed to be wroking from home.
