Installation was done on the 10th Sep, installer advised we will be connected in 24 hours. To date no connection. Logged a complaint, with the whatsapp bot who has been putting me through to your provisioning team since Friday already and emailed, the ticket was marked as resolved, but nothing resolved.

Im paying for a service that is not activated. Corporate's like you should be banned from the arena.
