Pathetic service

Have a billing issues made a payment already and now they sending me smses to say that they will disconnect me if I don't make payment!!!! Tried to get hold of customer service... No one calls you back I'm at this point where I actually just cancel them and apply with another provider, they quick to take money but don't deliver service... Don't sign up with them
