PATHETIC SERVICE

Please note that I very very dissapointed at the service I have received from Webfrica.

More than a month ago I registered for Webafrica.

Then my installation was cancelled on the day they were suppose to come . So I waited longer for installation.

Thereafter installation was completed , they noticed that we had blocked ducts (due to the bad work done by Vumatel) and we could not complete the installation process.

I thereafter made numerous calls to VUMA REACH to sort out.

This was only completed on the Friday.

The guy was there on Monday and did the last part of the installation.

To date my installation has not been activated.

I think that this is not fair as I have been patient for some time now.

Please note that I have people working at home and without internet access it is very hard.

Sometimes I wish I just stayed on with RAIN as the service I am getting from you guys are PATHETIC.

Please look into this matter and treat this matter as URGENT.
