Pathetic service

This company is PATHETIC. I had my fiber installed 2 days ago. They send a message fiber is live. Can't connect stating "no internet access". They only work on Whatsapp. i spend more than a hour last night trying to get a tech. I am busy since 07H50 this morning.Got hold of a tech at 08h08 who checked. After a hour he came back ststing line is not configured. it's now 11h30 and still waiting for a tech to assist.
