Pathetic service and wrongfully debited amount form my account

It now the 4th month this company has subtracted 1400 rand of my account whilst my account is 499 agreed as per package deal. I’ve now tried 4 month in a row to cancel my previous premises line and every time they say it is done cancelled don’t worry and I get the next debt order 1400 I am sick of these guys You can never get hold of them they take hours to respond on their so called WhatsApp assist line.

I regret ever doing business with these guys.

It’s absolutely shocking.
