Pathetic service, and unfair practice

I recently tried to cancel Webafrica, but learned that they have a huge cancelation fee, which is unfair. I talked to the agents on their Whatsapp, but they are not helpful at all. I also put a message on google, and they responded after a week, in which they just said I must contact their agents.
