Pathetic service and unauthorised debit orders

You are a bunch of *********** ******. You have been debiting me every month for a service that I have cancelled and every time I ask about the refund your stupid WhatsApp agents disappears. I am utterly disgusted in your pathetic service. I will be taking this further legally.
