Pathetic service and *********** Staff

I have logged a call because because ymy wi fi is not working, my entire account was changed and still no one has assisted me.

I started the chat at 8:30am. Its nearly 5pm after chatting to 11 different agents. everyone is transferring me to someone else. I spent my entire Sunday trying to sort this out and no success. how can a company have so many *********** people working for them.

This service is absolutely terrible and i would rather pay more at the diffent company for better service.

I want to cancel everything now.

9 hours spend on a Sunday trting to log one query!!! Absolutely pathetic
