Pathetic service and Ive been overcharged.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I also recommended this useless company to 3 friends which are experiencing the same ********** service I am. I have been trying to make contact with someone at your company for 4 days. Email, phone and WhatsApp go unanswered. I signed up for your R399 fibre special and you have debited R499 from my account. If a service centre consultant has not contacted me by end of business on Monday 5 October 2020, I will be cancelling the service with you and will recommend everyone I know to do the same. This is also going onto Facebook....
