PATHETIC SERVICE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF

Web Africa seems to be a consistent provider of pathetic service. Whenever there is a fibre or internet outage in the area, we are left clueless. No notification from Web Africa being the ISP. Getting hold of someone is next to impossible. You have to go through a chatbot that directs you to nowhere and back before trying to connect you to an agent to chat with.

Then you have to pray and hope that you actually do connect with someone to chat with. Why is there no number to contact them on and speak to a real human being. Instead of waiting ages to connect to an agent and then wait forever for any responses. This is because they are assisting other people via chat at the same time.

Terrible service. They will cut your internet off if you are a day late with payment, but not bothered to even assist or notify you when there's no service or interruptions.

Totally disappointed.
