Pathetic service and daylight *******

In the month of July I placed my order to have a Fibre line installed due to my health n needed to work from home, I had issues with the payment link and searched for the only way to contact the provider was through watsapp chat and the agent reset my payment link and I made payment on the 28th July within the next few days installer came out without any contact and I did set a call to a family member for when the installer was coming as we all are working and no one is home during the day and that contact was confirmed on the chat but installer came to house n then called my family member and refused to wait for her to come up and just said will arrange the following week and I need this installed ASAP due to my health, I then can called the order and they said my refund will be within next 10 to 15 days, I went again on the chat and asked if I can get a home internet line that I can plug on and use myself and was promised a call and no call came, I then went one the chat another day and asked for a manager to call me and was promised a call but no call till date , I then went on the chat on the 14th as my refund as well did not happen and sat for hours on the chat waiting for feed back and I was forced to end the chat each time with no answers to my questions or even feedback to my refund, we pay before anything can occur on the installation but to get our refund does not happen , I stressed to agent on the 14th I need my refund so I can apply for another line wid another installer but the agent amber said she will call with feedback as she requested and got no feedback, it is now the 16th my money has not been refunded and besides the watsapp chat there is no way to get a hold of webafcrica so I feel very betrayed and ****** as they are now refusing to refund my money, how long more do I have to wait for them to refund money I paid 19 days ago clearly they don't honor call backs or even a customer bringing business because they could have saved this sale but they don't care as long as they got the money they don't give a darn n now I have wasted my money when I could have got my service wid another provided I want to be refunded back coz it's my money and I dnt have a service with the but I have been more stressed and affected with my health and work more with the service of web africa Account on Dazzwin Singh Contact ***
