Pathetic Service and Customer Support

Pathetic service and customer support , have been trying now for two years to get them to install fibre at our factory , even though all 3 my surrounding neighbours have Fibre they cannot install by me, I have paid the application fee , today I get an email that I have to re-do the application and also pay an extra R593-00 .
