Pathetic service and communication

Absolutely horrible! The worst SLA time frames. All communications needs to be done through WhatsApp as there is no call centre number. Apparently they will chat with you “on the spot” but takes usually around 3 - 5 hours before they respond, just to hear that they have escalated your query and made it a top priority.
