Pathetic service again WEB AFRICA AND VUMATEL

I canceled my contract on the 19th of May because they say that they will cover the cost of installation and then I am told by vumatel I must pay R50 for every 5 meters over 30 meters which was not told to me over the phone or sent to me on email, then I was sent an email from vumatel on the 20th of May to accept installation for the 19th of May with the terms and conditions after I cancel, on the 19th I was told 10 working day today the 1st of June I am told that is was not actioned and they are sorry. what kind of service is this?
