Pathetic service!

Absolutely pathetic service. All communication channels refers you to their WhatsApp service that is a total dud. They advertise that it is super fast and you will chat to a representative this instant! But that is nonsense! I have been trying to get a hold of someone to assist me on their WhatsApp service for a whole week now. When you phone them they take hours to answer your call. I have cancelled a fibre order with them that I have ordered on the 17th of January already I am still waiting to get fibre two months later! When I cancelled the order they promised me an email to confirm it is cancelled but still nothing. So I will have to sit on the phone again for hours to hopefully be helped!!!!!
