Pathetic service.

RIDICULOUS service!!! I would not recommend them to anyone!! The whatsapp service is pathetic and not to even mention the internet service itself! Spent about 3 hours on whatsapp trying to get answers as to why my internet connection says " no internet " going back and forth to no success. Now a query has been logged and you have to wait 24-72 hours for feedback..on a SUNDAY when work starts on a MONDAY and you require internet connection to work from home!its not their jobs at risk its ours, when I asked Thokozile M for the matter to be escalated with urgency as for I do require assistance with this before monday morning 8am I was told to wait 24-72 hours..I then requested for someone in a more senior position to contact me urgently before end of business hours today I was told to wait 24-72 hours. When I asked again will I get a call I was told it's requested. When I asked what time can I expect a call today I was told it was requested. When I asked the name of the person I can expect a call from, I was told : " no, but you will be contacted " Absolutely no effort to take this matter seriously and help resolve it .Just sit back and wait, don't worry about not being able to work .Always quick to take your money but then you sit with a unreliable provider.
