Pathetic service

It's the second time I've tried to get help from them, their agents leave you waiting so that you can be transfered!! An agent by the name of Melissa just did it again. I'm done with web africa their service is absolutely pathetic. They say you have to cancel on the portal but there's no where to cancel.
