Pathetic Service

Terrible service, it was a very frustrating process signing up, waited 3 weeks for the delivery of our router and now a year and a half later I am trying to cancel my service which has proven to be equally frustrating !!! You can only cancel via the whatsapp chat site and the chat agents leave the conversation before assisting you only to pass you onto a new agent who you have to reexplain the whole story to and then they end the conversation too.

I was told that Web Africa requires a 1 month notice, I have given 1 month notice on 1 September but I have been told I will be billed for 2 more months as the notice cannot be given on the 1st of the month ? Contrary to the example given on the website clearly stating notices given on the 1st of the month will require the router returned on the 20th of the following month.

It is a nightmare to cancel with them, they are actually taking a 2 month notice and therefore its false advertising saying 1 month notice and in my opinion it is actually robbing your customers.

As you also don't have an email address to send this to Please take this as my formal notice of cancellation I WILL NOT pay for a 2nd month, i have proof of my 1 month notice being given and should you debit my account it will be considered theft.
