Pathetic service

What a pathetic service from these people i had cancelled their services last year August and called them to resume this year Feb. They had to deliver the router but it was never delivered instead they just billed me for Feb and March services that i did not even utilise because the setup was incomplete. I enquired with the service agent Sandile who said they were not supposed to debit as the service was still bot complete. Today i make a follow up Ntombikayise says the credit was declined i will have to ask for it once i receive the router i advise her i want to pay for the router but wont be able to when there is that much amount of billing. I ask for termination since they cannot resolve this she then says the balance is accurate they cannot cancel without me settling the bill.
