Pathetic service
I paid for a router installation. I was told it will be done at a certain time . To date it has not been installed. Really pathetic service

11 Jan 2023, 12:35Still cannot get anyone from Webafrica to advise what is happening to the installation of my router. I have already paid yet I need to chase after the service I paid for. Am cancelling the service with WebAfrica as they are not organized and unprofessional.
