Pathetic Service

i recently requested a upgrade and then asked the agent to cancel it and leave it as is. Now on the chatgroup on webafrica page the agent tells me i need to pay R529 yet i was assured yesterday that everything will remain on 20/10. Now i chatted to webafrica on fb and they told me its R399 to be billed. What is the correct story here as two agents giving different information.
