Pathetic Service

Webafrica I am deeply disappointed in your service really, your dishonesty whereby you provide me with the same information and not resolving my issue. You don't have even a contact number a person can call, and you wait for +-45minutes if you lucky before one of your agents actually attend to the complaint. I feel frustrated really with your services and then you expect a person to still pay but you not rendering a service at all? I honestly do not recommend your services to anyone honestly.
