Pathetic service

They have pathetic service and you can never get through to them for enquiries. I had to hold on the phone for more than an hour to speak to an agent, I eventually tried using their whatsapp line and have been waiting since 02/11/2020 16h30 till now (03/11/2020 08h21) and still have not had any answer or any agent reply or even call me back.
