Pathetic Service

Pathetic service from WebAfrica. Our internet has been down for almost a month. I contact them almost daily and all response I get is to either reboot my router or to put the power off for 15 min. It hasn't worked the first time so why will it work the 100th time?

No effort has been made from their side to resolve the issue. Will most definitely not recommend them!
