Pathetic Service

I am beyond frustrated with the pathetic service from WebAfrica. Phone center support - get told waiting time is 1 hour 20 minutes then the call disconnects after 5 minutes. Whatsapp support - can never get hold of an agent - when you do they send you one or 2 messages then either the session expires due to no response from them or they transfer you to someone else and you need to start at square one. Facebook support - like talking to a brick wall. Resolved nothing and keeps ignoring requests for a manager to call me back. I have requested a manager call me about a dozen times, my request keeps getting ignored. This back and forth has been going on for weeks. Its over a month and my fibre is still not working!!! I have been charged for my fibre this last week despite the fact that it still is not working... Pathetic support, useless staff, you are better off completely avoiding them if you have a choice. If I dont get a manager to reach out to me I will cancel my personal, family and business accounts with WebAfrica!
