Pathetic service!

Pathetic service! Signed up on 17 December and to date I have not been able to successfully get an answer as to when my fibre line will be installed. They keep saying they are waiting for vodacom. The whatsapp bot is useless. Sometimes waiting more than a day to get any response back. If you phone you get referred to use the stupid whatsapp nr. I have never experienced such bad service before! Please come and collect your router and cancel my request!
