Pathetic service

The worst service! I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my wifi to be activated, and I've paid. They keep saying 48 hours and it's been 3 weeks now. They don't even call you back to follow or for feedback. The WhatsApp agents are pathetic to say the least, they will keep saying the same thing and next thing transfer you to someone else. I regret signing up to this stupid service
