Pathetic Service

My nightmare started on the 7th of April 2025 when I requested option to move Home, I was asked to pay R249 for the new fibre to be installed in the new house. Days went by 29th of April 2025 I paid R1018 mind you I am not enjoying any of their service in my new house. I contacted them several days without joy. They told me there is no Fibre in my area and they are not refunding my R249 today I spoke to another robot of theirs they sent me a link when I open a link, I have to choose ADSL or LTE as a person with no technology experience no one is telling me what to opt for. They want to charge me R739 plus R249. I am just paying all this monies without enjoying Wi-Fi in my house. What a pathetic service. I wouldn't recommend this mickey mouse to anyone. I am so furious.
