PATHETIC SERVICE

So I had a LTE router with Webafrica and the service was great, unfortunately I switched the line to fibre and from there its a mess!!! Had the line installed by a great team and the got my router for the fibre, it does not connect there is no tech support on weekends to help and even during the week you can't get a hold of them. But surely once you miss a payment the switch off immediately... The poorest service i ever had!!!! Even the " most handy watsapp line" is up to dust. You never hear back from them and still after four weeks after installation I do not have internet access!!!!!!! This is PATHETIC!!!!!!
