PATHETIC SERVICE

I am so disgusted with the service from Web Africa. I requested for my connection to be upgraded yet they disconnected me instead. And now when I need them to reconnect me ,no one wants to assist and they do o transfer you...if you lucky or else they keep you on hold and you waiting for hours for someone to assist ...the what's up agents are of no use and all they know is to make you wait and then transfer the chat and once again you waiting...Do you not want clients coz it seems like clients are not the center of your business..or maybe just maybe hire capable competent staff who know what they are doing and whose willing to go the extra mile for your clients...coz that's definitely not what you have now....Such Pathetic and Sad Service...
