Pathetic Service

I recently moved houses this past week. 3 weeks before the move i notified WebAfrica about the move with the 1st of February as the cutover date.

Fast forward to today rhe 4th, im being sent from post to poll , and bwing told to wait till the 1st of March despite havjng paid for February.

Yesterday morning i was asked to upload a Proof of Address to expedite the process, and a whole day and half later, im still chatting to a bot that keeps sayong "oops this is taking longer than expected"
