Pathetic service

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I cannot get hold of anyone. I have to wait between 10 hours and 12 hours for an agent on the whatsapp line to come back to me, then when they did answer, they ended the chat after they told me they were going to check my fault. I have emailed 4 times to *** and still have had no response.
