Pathetic service!!!!!!!

Bull**** service. To start with trying to get hold of someone is a problem. It's been more than a month now that I'm waiting for my refund. Everytime i speak to someone they give me a different storie as to how long the refund process takes. 10-14 working days at first, then 4-6 weeks and now 2 months. Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!
