Pathetic service

I have been having endless issues such as monies paid to accounts that are supposed to be closed and getting a refund after 21 days. Today no one could tell what was wrong with my account and I later found out myself that they had deactivated the wrong account. Instead of deactivating the old account which I have been trying to deactivate for months, they deactivated the new account.

I managed to register with a new ISP and my account was activated within an hour
