Pathetic service

<p>Telesales cannot spell, cannot understand English and simple instructions, simply book installations without making arrangments and total disregard for any written complaint. Sent phone number and email address but still they called the wrong person.</p> <p>Any query will keep you holding on for between 5-10 mins and dare not ask to be transferred to technical services, the call will miraculously just die.</p> <p>Don't do it.</p> <p> </p>
