Pathetic service!

<p>I had my website www.deephouseloveaffair.co.za done by my designer. He paid for the entire year, which was acknowledged by Web Africa. The designer then transfered the site so that it reflects my details thereafter. No problem there.</p> <p>I got quite a schock when l logged on to my site to find the site had been suspended yesterday. No prior notice, no nothing. When l called, Aqeel Moose, he told me that my designer had cancelled his end of the stick? What does my designer have to do with anything because the details that are there reflect my name?</p> <p>I spoke to Hafeezah Ismail about my billing preference on the 10th of October Ticket ID: ********** , why wasn't it highlighted that the account is owing, if ever? I have now been billed monthly without any consent, a department that they excel in!<br />I have no problem settling the bill for the month, which l have, but l want my account credited with the remaining months of the year</p>
