Pathetic service

I have never had such slow useless service. Their Whatsapp service they give you is also useless. Tried to resolve a billing issue for almost an hour and the consultant must not understand English because the most simplistic questions were misunderstood. Once an online question was left unanswered for 2 days! A third time when I had internet issues it took me an hour of troubleshooting my internet. Everytime I had to manually reset my settings so I can be in contact with a consultant. And no.. you CAN'T call! Waiting forever on the Whatsapp service. Having terrible internet issues and have absolutely NO support from Webafrica. You have finally lost me as a client this pathetic service can not continue.
