I have been promised a refund to my bank account since the 01/11. To date nothing has been credit to my account which it was promised to be credited by the 4/11. In following up on Friday it was advised that it will credited to my account by 5/11. That too has not happened I have now been told that it will be processed on Wednesday or Friday and I need to wait another 3-5 working days

This totally unacceptable!!!!!!

Furthermore, a colleague of yours by the name of Gerald promised to email me but nothing forthcoming either

Is this the type of service I need to continue with after giving you another 2 months!!!!!

This is completely and utterly ridiculous
