Pathetic Service

Webafrica – just has no moral fibre nor backbone. They are just the most unsupportive, uneducated and non responsive company there is. Ever since I’ve placed the order of my Fibre line, I’ve been having endless problems, month after month. Loss of income as a result and no reimbur*****t or attempt to compensate. To date this company has not done anything to make me say anything positive about them. I am sick to the gut just writing this mail.

WebAfrica puts the blame on Vumatel and vice versa.... how lame.
