Pathetic service

Beyond bad service. I got an email saying I need to make payment within 48 hours, which i did. When installation was done, I was told it will take 48 to 72 hours to activate my fibre internet. Still waiting more than a week later, no one called or keep you updated on progress once they have your money. Call centre keep passing the buck, whatsapp line is useless. All promisses and no delivary. I'm done
