Pathetic service

We have been waiting a week for our wifi to be installed. We follow up every day and every day there's another excuse / story as to why they are taking so long!! Absolutely pathetic service. They are very happy to take your R700 installation fee but then refuse to come install ????? No wonder 89% of Webafrica's reviews are 1 star.
