PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I have never been so frustrated in my life. I have been back and forth with different agents on WhatsApp since the 2nd of December, and to this day no one seems to know how to move my service from previous address to current address. I have been left hanging, been patronized, and some agents have been downright rude. Bottom-line, I still don't have internet access even though my money is being deducted on a monthly basis. I sent a complaint to their complaints department, and no one is coming back to me.
