Pathetic service

Waited way past promised dare of installation, never mafe a hoo ha. They setup me up with half speed less and charged me full rate.. No hoo ha.. Had to get to dumb chabox to explain 100th time I been overcharged.. Promised a refund.. Guess what.. Still waiting.. Time to call it quits as seems like all talk no action??
