Pathetic service

worst compony to ever do business with. I was moving homes and told i cannot move with my current service so i must apply for a new service and i was told the service at my old address will be cancelled on the 25th August 2023. However nothing has been cancelled. this compony continuously forgets to debit you then you need to log on they app to make the payment.

I have asked both my services to be cancelled by this compony. I am not willing to be prepared to go through this company any longer.

I need this done asap.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
