Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic service. I need my fibre box and line moved 5m due to construction and I'm still waiting for a response as to when this will be done 5 weeks from first contact to assist with moving it! 4 reference numbers later no replies expect a automated response saying someone will be in contact which never happens. Do not use them due to bad service!
